Cream cheese is an essential ingredient in nearly all SUG products. We use cream cheese from the renowned French brand, Kiri.

In addition to French cream cheese, we are also committed to sourcing the finest and most sustainable ingredients from around the world, such as Itohkyuemon’s Kiyosu no Mori matcha powder from Japan.

At SUG, we firmly believe that work should bring joy. After all, if a person cannot find joy in their work, how can their work bring joy to others?

Encouraging our master bakers to express creativity in their work is one way we help them find happiness. Each SUG product certainly has its specific production process. However, it is through our master bakers’ constant experimentation with flavors and exploration of textures that new creations come to life.
